Mary Sloan, L.C.S.W., L.M.T., R.Y.T., founded Synthesis Yoga and Massage Therapy in 2005 with the goal of helping people reduce stress, physical tension and chronic pain in order to live more satisfying and balanced lives. She offers an array of massage treatments and yoga classes to assist you in realizing better physical and mental health. Massage and individual yoga sessions are done at her home studio.
